I think the scoring at this track is a joke. We really need to go to transponders and get rid of the blind people that score these races. Hell im suprised they are not handing out the lucky dog to drivers they like. Im really waiting for them to invert a restart because I honestly think the scoring is that bad.

I agree nonwing48 they need transponders in the worst way. If you have never been in the scorers shoes it is HELL been there done that don't want to do that no more!!! But it is 2009 not the 80's or the 90's. Untill they go to transponders it will always be screwed up and we will bitch about it every week.

The last show was particularly bad. I am sure it is very hard to score racing, but just because it's difficult doesn't exonerate the track from getting it right. These people pour a lot of money and effort into their racing. They deserve accurate scoring.

I could not agree more, When you run under a curfew a new system should have been in place years ago! Thats why car counts are slipping away, a track promoter should think about alot of other things rather than making a deposit!!!

Just because you have transponders it doesn't necessarily mean it will cure the world. There are many times when a car doesn't read when it comes across and then there are accidents that cause the transponder to fall off. There will still be a need for somebody or maybe two people to over see things just to make sure it is right.

Scoring is a pain in the butt but with sprint cars it should be alot easier read with the big numbers on the wings, should be no error since we aren't talking about full 24 car fields.

That is all from here in Cornhusker land where "coming home" from Sturges finds tons of motorcycles and enclosed trailers for those cycles rule I-80 and Hwy. 81.

You are wright David but any one would agree something needs to change! It is hell in the scorers booth. The system needs a fix no mater what it is!! Somebody needs to take a deep breath and figure it out!

Thats my opinion
