SPRINTS, MODS, DEMO DERBY & MORE, AUGUST 8th at COWTOWN SPEEDWAY
Kennedale TX (8/6/09) by DarinShort.com. A packed program of racing capped off with a Demo Derby will greet race fans this coming Saturday, August 8th, at Kennedale’s Cowtown Speedway.
The exciting Cowtown Sprints (ASCS type rules) will be in action headlining the show which features a ‘weekly’ price tag for race fans of just $12 adult admission.
Joining the Cowtown Sprints will be the full-blown Cowtown Modifieds, Limited Modifieds, Winged 600’s, Bombers and Street Stocks. Plus there will be kids bike races and hot dogs will be $1.
And due to last Saturday’s unscheduled vertical water out, the Demo Derby will wrap up the evening with some smashing fun.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at the track website, www.CowtownSpeedway.com at no added cost, up until 4pm on race day. Kids tickets are $2 and youth prices are $5. Pit passes are $25 and available at the track only.
The current weather forecast looks great for Saturday night. Fans are sure to be treated to a night of affordable family fun at the Fastest Li’l Dirt Track in Texas, Cowtown Speedway!
