There is a coffee shop up town they have wi-fi.
or last year the midway at the track had wi-fi as well.

Park in the parking lot of almost any truck stop or hotel and you'll liekly be able to poach on their wi-fi signal.... and I believe that this might help, too...

We used the wi fi at the McDonalds in town. Im not sure about wi fi, but we used the public library a few years back.

iowa telecom has a trailer under the grandstands with about 20 laptops available for use during the nationals.
