I wonder what happened to the protest in the factory stock that was put up by Wolfe on Waller's car?

Well I dont know what happened with the protest but i know what happened in the race the 1j drove down into wolfe coming out of four and he didnt continue but that sucker didnt finish the race either motor problems i guess. I did hear that there was a huge argument between brill and wolfe about the protest after the race. Give us some info will ya Brian.

Ya thats why wolfe got black flagged for that incident , because 1j drove into him, get some glasses! Everyone seen exactly what happened. that was intentional the 15 car turned right into the 1j thats why he got black flagged. Congratulations 1j on a hell of a race, even through a fire you still hung in there !!!

Wolfe was just returning the favor!  I like both guys and their cars but if you're gonna 'bump' you gotta expect to be 'bumped' back a little harder! In that situation, both or neither should have gotten the flag!

I like the new skins on wolfemans cars!

Well, I Guess I don't Know Either! All I know is that Mark Brill didn't have a balancer puller for the crank, couldn't weigh the crank, got mad cause I demanded the crank to be weighed! He said he could guess the weight while it was still in the motor and it was legal. The heads were never pulled, the bore and stroke was never checked while I was there! He told us if he had to stay there all night we were to! Then he demanded the 15 Team to tear our motor apart at 3:30 am, I told him he couldn't do that 3 hours after the race and Brill said this is my track I do anything I wan't! Needless to say our protest never was completed that I know of? Our 350.00 dollars was kept, He took all our factory Stock points For the year! Now is that not a Whole BUnch of BS! WE PROTEST! the 1J and LOOSE ALL OUR POINTS, Because we refused to tear our car down at 3:30 am on a Track PROTEST! We Loaded and left! WE GOT THE SHAFT! AT BRILL MOTOR SPEEDWAY!

I, for one, will not be going to BMS any more!! I thought it was pretty shi**y when I heard Brill was using illegal fuel in his car at SFS, 2 years in a row, but this takes the cake!!! It's a shame SFS doesn't have factory stock this year!GO WOLFE!!

I am no fan of the 15 or the 1J, but when you get that video loaded up post the link, I would like to take a second look at it. From where our group was standing it appeared that you turned right into the 1J as he was passing you. I will withold further judgment until then.

As for the protest there should have never been one, you were DQed and the 1J didnt finish on the lead lap. Even allowing your protest was the first mistake. To those not involved in the 1J vs 15 school girl squable it appears you have the "Im spending all this money and cant beat the guy so he must be cheating attitude"

I've seen Johnny have many opportunities to take you out and never done it and settled for second, but that wasn't the case with you saturday night. And your right theres nothing wrong with little bumping and grinding, but when a man has his right front fender right beside your door little late to start turning left. I dont no or dislike you, i no you can't drive like that and expect good results. I've seen you race alot of clean races and everybody knows (racers) going that fast that close one little bobble can lead to a mess. Good job Johhny, hope to see you Saturday night. Johnny and I have raced side by side for several years and johnny races hard and clean, when I get my stuff together we'll race like we use and make the sparks fly. Thats what the fans like to see

Well, as far as the stroke and bore, after the heads were pulled, there were about 10 witnesses that seen it had 3.50 stoke and 0.30 bore which makes 355 cubic inch motor. The blocks deck was uncut (stock deck height). Don't know if they ever weighed the crank, I left after the bore and stroke was checked, but I don't see were it would have been nessessay to weigh it since you left the track. You would have got you money back if it was under weight, and on top of that, I couldn't see you not getting another $350.00 back (don't know how that works) on top of the $350.00 you put up for protest fee if you would have tore your motor down and it was found to be legal. I don't understand that move....makes me wonder if your motor was legal.......

Grease-Rag, I Protested the Motor for The weight of the crank it was NOT weighed...I Protested 1j, I was never protested so there for would not get any money....I was told to tear my motor down 4 hrs. after race was over by Mark...Nobody protested me .. Nobody put any money up!!!!! I should not have to tear my motor down because of my protesting someone else and they cant seem to get the right tools to do it correctly!! If somebody puts there money up I will tear down!!!!

Well put Brian they should have had the tools to work with. I think it was stupid of brill to tell you to tear down sounds a little fishy to me. Glad to hear your coming back to brill we love watching you race. I wonder if somebody has it on there mind to tear you down this coming saturday? Btw congrats on your first modified win looked really good out there.

The General Rules Section as Beetle posted above is correct and Brill Motor Speedway does have the right to tear down anyone at anytime, why would we protest him anyway ? I guess you need to read the rules for yourself...
