FERNS SEEKS TO BECOME WINNINGEST USAC FEMALE

(July 30, 2009, Ventura, CA) 13-year-old Taylor Ferns of Shelby Township, Michigan will attempt to put her name at the top of the list of the twenty ladies who have won USAC sanctioned events. Ferns has six career USAC wins to her credit just one behind the all-time leader. She has already set the single-season mark with five USAC Junior Focus wins this season driving under the tutelage of Cory Kruseman. Taylor will once again travel west to drive the Kruseman Motorsports #98K car in two USAC Junior Focus events in five days; August 1^st at Perris Auto Speedway and August 5^th at Ventura Raceway.
