Due to the love of the sport and the support of the future of the sport, English Creek Speedway has chosen to reward ALL of their points drivers with an award.

These awards are not the typical paperweights given out at most tracks, these racers got $$$ also.

Dan Ebright and his crew at English Creek, the Hughes Motorsports, MLC, Brooks Trucking, Reeds Automotive, CyTech consulting , Iowa State Savings Bank, Red Carpet Motel, and Laser Engraving, saw to it that dedication and new found skills are rewarded.

In my awards business, this type of an awards program is unheard of!

MLC and Dan need a big round of applause.

Another moment captured as only Dave Hill can capture it, thanks Dave

NoDust. That right there is what racing is all about. Real racing. Not like Nascar where a driver gets millions mostly just for how the car performs. No wonder everyone supports Nascar. It's fake racing. Kinda like wrestling. No one likes real wrestling, but everyone loves WWE.

Anyhow that deserves a HUGE congrats to ANYONE involved in that up there. I can tell for all those drivers that moment was absolutely priceless. BTW I am told that English Creek is up there by Knoxville. We make the trip from Oklahoma every year for the 360 Nationals and Brodix ToC. Any way in that time frame next year we could catch a race at English Creek? I just heard about the place year so I don't know anything about it.

I race at English Creek every week. Typical race nights are Fridays, with an exception of Saturday afternoons when Knoxville races on a Friday night, so that there is no competition. On most nights, the racing is better than what you pay better than twice as much to see at Knoxville. Check out their website: http://www.englishcreekspeedway.com The track is located just 10 miles south of Knoxville.

That was a great banquet, and Duane (nodust) provided some of the best trophies around. (I'm in the back row, right under the 'H' in English)

Here is a pic of the youngest racer out there receiving his trophy, shirt and point fund money (yes, this 5 year old got a piece of the Restricted Box-Stock point fund.

Hey, @ least I can say I seen the place. Went out to watch them but they finished up the day before. Love the flagstand & the place looks real racy.

lol, the steps to the flag stand are the most UNIQUE in the3 sport, and their flagman makes me look like I have anorexia, and may need the strength of an upside down sprint car frame. lol

Yard Dog does a heck of a good job as flagman and mentor to the kids!
