I spoke to Jeannie Butler today on the phone. I thought that was pretty neat that she e-mailed me and wanted me to call her so we could go over some questions she had for me. That's nice to know that there is a company out there that is dedicated to what they do that they will call someone to see if they had trouble I commend her on doing this. You wont see Simpson or anyone else calling people to ask if they had any kind of problems with anything.

She pointed out that H.Jr had a butler seat and it did hold up perfect to what they wanted.

She told me that they will be here during nationals next to the Jocko's trailer in the pit area so if anyone is around stop by and tell them what a good job they have done with their seats

There is absolutly no doubt in my mind that Jeannie and Brian Butler are the best thing to ever happen to sprint-car racing! Not to mention any other form of auto-racing. Not only are they the nicest people you'll ever meet, they are also very concerned for each and every racer that they deal with! Be sure and do yourself a favor and make sure to get hooked up with these people, and if you are already hooked up with them, make sure to stay in touch with them.

I second that, but I think there's not much problem staying in touch with Jeannie for most of the drivers...I don't know how she has time in the day to talk to every one of them it seems, but she does...

I'll third that. When John had his accident on July 4, Jeannie was in touch with me right away, wanting to know how the seat held up and how his belts were situated and all of the details. He did not have a Butler seat at the time, but still she wanted to know these things so she and Brian could make seats safer. He will have a Butler seat to start off next season.

P.S. Jeannie will be one of many fascinating panelists at the Women in Sprint Car Racing forum on Thursday of Nationals week, 3 p.m. at the Hall of Fame. Please come over and hear what she has to say about racing and ask a question or two.
