Since YouTube now allows for uploading hi-res videos, and displaying them in hi-res, I've been uploading a bunch of them to a new channel.
Takes me about 4 hours/race instead of 8 hours/race to do all of the uploading.
Plus, you don't have to wait a few minutes to download a hi-res video like you used to. It's almost as good as the full resolution, but it's good enough to see a lot of detail.
Make sure to click the 'HQ' button and 'Full Screen' button to the right of that when the video is loading to view in the best resolution.
If you'd like to visit the page, just click:
http://www.youtube.com/user/DarinShortcom#play/uploads
And on the right side of the page you will see a few videos listed, but if you click 'view all' about 50 or so videos uploaded will be listed. All of these videos are uploaded as 'public' so if you want to use them for something, go ahead.
One other note, if you forget this above link, if you go to YouTube and type in (one word) DarinShort then click the 'channel' tab, it will take you right to a link to this channel.
I'm going to try to get some more clips this coming Saturday.
Have a great weekend...hope someone takes home a boatload of $ from the Palm Harbor Homes 50/50 drawing Saturday night at Cowtown! I hope we can top the $1,002 winner from the last one.
note: I've got a bzillion more clips from places like Boone, Knoxville, Eldora and all over...I hope to get more and more of them uploaded to the page as well.

You are welcome.
These were taken just for fun, but a lot of people tell me they enjoy a taste of the action these clips give them...especially if they don't have a chance to get out and travel a lot; or if they're thinking about going to a track for the first time.
I'm lucky to be able to work with people all over the place, so when it became easier to start taking video digitally a few years back, I began a sort of 'video scrapbook' of some of my travels on my website...and now that YouTube is making it easier to work with from both ends, I thought it was time to develop a Channel. Enjoy!
