The 99 took a flip off turn 1 in the feature - somehow during the flip, Shawn's finger got caught in the steering wheel, did a lot of damage to his finger.
Our wishes for a speedy recovery - Shawn is a great competitor and supporter of Sprint car racing along with his family and crew - some of the nicest folks in the sport.
Hope to see you back in action soon!
