And? Lanny won both, the Fire Cracker show and the Jackass of the night Trophy. Suspending Michelle for (4) four weeks over a (sorry kids) Bullshit call, and then offering John & Gladys Mae a Lifetime pass then skirt the subject. I was already a little pissed about the actions from #13 car and his crew/ fans after the June 19th show we ran at SFS that resulted in the #83 car being placed on probation because of the #13.
The #83 car is without a doubt one of the cleanest drivers out there.
After the races, not one member of the #13 (Champ Sprint) car went to the #83 (Champ Sprint) pit area, instead they came to the #03 (Super Sprint) pit area to start something.
I appolgize now but the #13 car is and has been driving way, way, way over his head for too long. Don't get me wrong, I like Strike and Duke. BUT the #13 needs to settle down...Period.

I am trying to remember what Michelle did, but I cant. Can you please elaborate. Also, did anyone see the bumping going on from Jeff Leep to Danny Jennings under the yellow flags and then a couple of times under green? I did not see what started it, did anyone else? Apparently Danny did something to Jeff that had him peeved because he really let him have it a couple of times, and even tried at least once to turn him around in the corner.

What in the world what did Michelle do?

From what I understand by talking to some people is that her dad was pissed at soming and went to talk to Coons about it. Well in their discussion Michelle's dad push Coons which got her the two weeks. After the races she went to talk to Lanny about it and she did not get the explanation she wanted so as she walked off she gave Lanny the bird. Which gave her two more weeks.
This is just what I heard I did not see it for myself but the person I heard it from is trustworthy and was in the pits. The same person told me that Sellers and Lanny got into it as well over something. It made Sellers load his stuff up and go home before the racers were over.

Well wrench the same person that told me the previous story did say that Michelle came in to the pits and gave the 24 what for.

If you haven't noticed, the #24 Champ sprint is a slower car for now. There were a group of about three about to lap him coming out of two. Decker was in this group. She tried to go underneath him and hopped his left rear and they tangled. I don't know if he came down the track on her or not, I couldn't tell, but we all know she can be aggressive sometimes which is why we jokingly call her the wrecker. I think she may have tried to force the pass there and ran over him in the process. Just a racing deal IMO.
The Leep/ Danny thing was crazy. I don't know what started it but Leep was really upset. He must have banged Danny about five or six times there. That was a good example of one veteran keeping his cool and beating the other on the track. Probably why Danny is always atop the points. Not to say he doesn't screw up but you didn't see him get into the pissing match with Leep like some other drivers would do. Just my .02 cents.

I heard they have reduced Michelle's suspension from four weeks to two weeks. It supposedly only covers the Super Sprints. They are going to let her race the Champ car. For some reason, it appears the rules are not the same for everyone.
The normal procedure does not allow you to even enter the pits, while you are under suspension. Just ask Kenny Butler, Jr. If you can't get into the pits, it might be hard to drive a race car, but who knows.
One other question, what happens next year when they do away with letters on the numbers and you have always had a $ on your race car. Maybe the dollar sign is not a letter; it could be called a special character and therefore legal to use. The rule says no letters, so I guess we will see how this eventually turns out.
Being an old football coach and sports official for most of my life, I am a firm believer that you have to enforce the rules the same for everybody. It will always cause problems, when you start making exceptions. It does not good to have a rule, if you are not going to enforce it.

Well gosey the people who I got the info from and myself knew that something like this would happen. You have to remember who her sponsor is and how long they been around the track. We were throwing out all types of happenings that could get her back at the track.

If that is true that they will still let here drive the champ car, then it will go to show everybody that lanny has no spine, or that the track favors her. I guess we will all find out this week if her car is there.

Question??? When the 14 pro stock got dq'd, didn't that draw a suspension with it? And wasn't he able to run his modified after the dq? I'm not sure on my facts....just wondering.
