LOL Come on, Rahmer drives over the kid leading the feature and even Cubic is not on here for his interpretation. LOL Honestly, if seems like traffic is way off on this board as a whole anymore. I suspect a lot of that is because of the constant bashing and flaming that goes on here. Unless someone posts something designed solely to troll or start trouble (such as the All-Star thread or a Posse vs. the world thread) , most of the actual racing threads get no more than a couple replies at best anymore. Things didn't used to be like that on here.

Not much to talk about, Rahmer took them both out. I'm sure he's not happy about it either.

Just typical Rahmer. Last week it was Leppo at Lincoln. This week it was Meleason at the Grove. Who will it be next week? It's been his motus operandi since his modified days.

Chris had been running high on all the footage I saw and then decided to run low on the restart which is where Fred had been running on everything I saw. Ask Kyle Busch, Dale Earnhardt Sr and now perhaps Chris as to whether or not blocking works. Take It Easy....

Sorry. Mike, but I didn't know that Fred had the right to the bottom line on the restart...he was in second place, wasn't he?

Fred could have lifted, and ended up getting by in the next few laps.

Chris knew that he was vulnerable on the bottom on a restart, in all likelihood. So that's where he went, to take Rahmer's line, until he reestablished his(Chris's) momentum on the top. I'd like to think that, at best, it was a racing deal. But, IMO, both drivers could have used better judgement....

correction - chris has been racing long enough to know he had to change it up or lose the race...rahmer was not the fastest car on the track that night...others were closing in on both of them in a big way. Layton got chapped while blowing by both of them on the topside - watch the replay closely.

Hodnett leaned HARD on Montieth on the restart after the RED but could not make it stick coming out of 2. watching just these clips and assuming rahmer was going to win if he completed this pass is a pipe dream!

Rahmer blew in too hard and flat DROVE OVER THE LEFT REAR WHEEL of the kid. How can anyone blame the kid? And I'm not partial to either party and have the most respect for "Fast Freddie" I just call it as I see it.

But like Wolfgang once told me, "there's no black flag in sprint car racing"...CZ
