Mods & Limited Mods:
THIS FRIDAY -- the 26th -- is the deadline to save $25 on that entry fee! Get that entry fee in today!!
The race is one week later and although I'd love to see some afternoon
showers around these parts right now, I don't think weather is going to
be a factor at all! Might as well save that $25 and pre-enter. Every
little bit helps you know!

New SUPR point leader Kevin Sitton of Baytown, Texas leads the SUPR
troops into Lone Star Friday night after his fourth place finish
Saturday night at Pike County Speedway in Mississippi.
Minden, Louisiana's Allen Tippen is now 2nd in points at -60.
Pike winner, defending SUPR Champion and former Lone Star Armadillo
Nationals champion Kenny Merchant is 3rd in points and closes in to
just 65 points behind Sitton.
2009 Texas Motor Speedway Texas World Dirt Track Championship winner
and another former SUPR champion, Rob Litton of Alexandria, Louisiana
is 4th in points at -177 after getting 5th at Pike and winning on June
19th at I-30 Speedway.
Oklahoma teenager Gary Christian skipped the Pike County event but is still 5th in points at -220.
Expect Longview racers Morgan Bagley and Jason Ingalls to be among
those who battle for the $2000 Modified win while Dennie Gieber of
Flint and Travis Evans of Bullard should be among those grappling for
the $1500 to win in Limited Mods.

The reason why Gary Christian of Broken Bow,
Oklahoma skipped the Pike County event is he raced three shows in 3
states last weekend at the NCRA/MARS Shootout events in Oklahoma,
Kansas and Missouri. They had 33, 39 and 28 Late Model counts. Not only
did Gary -- 16 years old -- make all 3 A-mains and mix it up with some
big names like Eric Turner, Kelly Boen and Al Purkey, but he scored 2
top tens including a 6th at Monett Speedway in Missouri. Gary will be running with SUPR this weekend at both Lone Star on Friday and Champion Park on Saturday.
