Stepping Stone Genetics Joins Billy Alley Enterprises #22 Team!

(Bill W) June 18, 2009 – Billy Alley is pleased to announce his partnership with Stepping Stone Genetics and the Billy Alley Enterprises #22 sprint car team! The team competes weekly at the Knoxville Raceway in the 410 class, and also participates in regional action throughout the Midwest.

Headquartered in Calumet, Iowa, Stepping Stone Genetics is a full service beef Genetics Company serving clients from coast to coast with the most diverse selection of show cattle sires to be found anywhere. Stepping Stone Genetics offers a choice of beef genetics to further the objectives of any breeding program, and is dubbed "Your Show Cattle Semen Source". Find out more about Stepping Stone Genetics by visiting their website at www.SteppingStoneGenetics.com!

Jim Pomerenke, Owner of Stepping Stone Genetics, says, "Stepping Stone Genetics is excited to have the opportunity to sponsor a person with the ability and good character that Billy possesses. We look forward to a long term business relationship with the #22 team!"

Billy, the 2006 Knoxville Raceway track champion, is excited about the partnership as well. "Jim and the folks at Stepping Stone Genetics are the best in their game," says the Lincoln, Nebraska driver. "More than that, Jim is the kind of person that we want involved not only on our team, but in sprint car racing. In the short time that I've been in contact with him, it's obvious that he is a smart businessman, but more importantly, a great person."

Billy will be back in action this Saturday night at the Knoxville Raceway!

And, how do you market a product like this? Pass out samples after the races? Graphics of your best bulls on the cars wing? Any other ways?

That's good news for Billy. These racers need all the help they can get and Billy deserves it as much as any. He is a good racer with a proven winning past but much more important is that he is well liked by the fans and he treats people good. The new sponsor obviously likes Billy and sprint car racing and I think he made a good choice. And there is a lot of other good racers and nice guys in the sport too. He may have to take back his nick name when he was a youth " Billy the Bull" and shed the tornado.
