I take it you don't have any idea where the fan support for pro sports teams lies in central PA, huh? Harrisburg is pretty much the dividing line in the state for where fan loyalty lies -- with the Philadelphia teams or the Pittsburgh teams. There are a helluva lot of fans in the heart of Posse country that are live and die with the Pittsburgh teams in all sports. Same for the Philadelphia teams Until Harrisburg gets an NFL team or an NHL team, the Steelers and the Penguins are the teams many fans in the area cheer for and follow.

12 wins at the World Series out of 96 years, (giving both Philly and Pittsburgh to the Posse) = 1 of 8, 3 Stanley Cup wins in 46 years for Pittsburgh and 2 Cups for the Flyers in 93 years, 6 Super Bowl victories in 76 years for Pittsburgh). Yeah, that's about the same results (actually better) than the Posse vs. the WoO.

so now to be claimed as posse you don't have to physically be from posse territory, you just have to have the fans from posse territory like you?
ok, everyone out here in cali just loves haud, so i guess he is cali now. also when lucas wolfe was out here everyone was really supportive of him and pulling for him. sorry posse, he's now cali too.
oh by the way, you can have obama, even though by your rules he would be cali.
to indy and beyond!!

You have completly missed the point. For many of the fans in Posse territory, the Steelers and Penguins are the local team in the NHL and the NFL. Like, I said, that would change if Harrisburg ever gets their NFL and NHL franchises. LOL

I am not even a huge stick and ball fan, but the innacuracies in this thread are just overwhelming. The usual inaccurate and phony numbers from the usual Posse haters.Weren't you the same guys bashing away in the Posse/Outlaw thread from a few weeks ago? LOL Two Cups in 93 years? The Flyers wers an expansion team in the late 1960s. That is hardly 93 years. Six Super Bowl victories in 76 years? The Super Bowl did not even exist until 1967. Did you see this year's Super Bowl being billed as "Super Bowl 76?" LOL

no i didn't miss the point and you just reaffirmed it. to claim some one, and boost their ego, the posse has no problem going off territory. then dropping them in a hot minute when the situation suits them.
