Are you positive that Terry Phillips will be there?

If he werent then I don't think the PR/announcer guy with MARS would have added him on there. He has been with them for the past several seasons and is battling for points for them again this year.
Don't know why he wouldn't be unless you know something we don't.

Nothing shows up on his webpage as being there. I do know though sometimes PR people play up certain racers. Look at last years Sprint Bandits race. The radio had drivers showing up that would never be there.
I am not trying to start anything just asking a question. How many cars are they still expecting? I thought you said in the 30 to 40 range a few weeks ago,
Got a few names that will be there as of right now.

Tell ya what, email MARS PR/Announcer at [email protected] and question him and his accuracy. All I can tell you is that Phillips has finished first or second in MARS points every year since its inception back in 2000. Jeremy Payne is his teammate and where Terry races his late model then so does Jeremy.
But I can tell you the accuracy of NCRA drivers as I try to do press for NCRA and my best friend is the competition director for the NCRA late model division - who also says Phillips will be there as well. Then again, maybe I am wrong there to.

got an email that sounded a bit more professional than the post.
Unlike the ASCS who you can usually count on showing up and expecting to be there we have not had late models around here in awhile so everyone is kinda clueless unless they follow it like most on here with the sprints.
Although, some type of pub is better than no pub at all. lol

I would expect more NCRA drivers than MARS drivers.
