They have been doing a great job fielding a team that has seen some top notch talent behind the wheel. It is really too bad that they are now out a driver mid season. This team seems to put together a good program every year and wish them the best in their driver search.
Certainly understand why changes and decisions are made, but can't help but feel for the #25 team.
Out of curiosity, do All Star points go with the driver or the car owner? Same with Williams Grove points?

The driver points go with the driver and the owner points go with the owner.

With the points, is that for Williams Grove or the All Stars or both. I thought All Stars were driver points whereas the Grove split it. If the Grove splits it, is the 20grand championship split 10/10?

I believe both are split. A couple of years ago Wilson won the All-Star driver championship but Danny Smith won the owners title.

I vote for Mark Kinser as the new driver of the #25.

Not 100%, but the 25 team wasn't even planning on running in 09' before Pittman became available, then they were suddenly fielding a car in Fla? Postupack left Layton go before last years Octoberfest at Hagerstown, with no driver until mid January. I also heard Daryn say that was the 15th race on that engine at Charlotte, it's possible that team was stretched and Daryn HAD to start looking for a ride? Besides, like everyone has said, if he wants a new driver, now's a good time to be shopping.

The timing for Pete is a shame. Obviously Darryn was looking long term as the Keen team is well funded. However, I don't think this move was based on recent performance. Pittman had a win at Grandview and two top 5WoO finishes during the past two weeks. The team was going to travel over the next few weeks as well. However, they did lose their Crew Chief, Kevin Fry, to the Trone#39 team.I guess if there was any current Pa Posse team that could hit the road next year on the Outlaw trail, the Keen team was it. The best of luck to both.
