Wayne Johnson is no stranger to the upper midwest sprint car fans as he has raced at Knoxville, Husets and Jackson the past few years, and won features at all (3) of those race tracks.
Johnson won the 2000 ASCS National title and will go for his 2nd ASCS National Crown aboard Mike and Tim Hammers yellow #94 sprinter from the state of Mississippi.

I wouldn't bet on Wayne running the ASCoT tour just yet. It's looking more like he'll be back at K'ville this year.

Not jumpin on ya Johnson, just saying that the Hammers weren't as ready for the tour as they thought they were. Wayne will probably be back at Knoxville on a very limited budget. Any sponsorship help would be much appreciated.
