The two guys singing the National Anthem are both good friends of mine. I've Drag Raced with them for the last 10 years or so.

They are Brent and Brian Flynn and their band is "Flynnville Train." They were picked up and signed by Toby Keith in 2005 and were his opening act for '06-'07. They're now with a new record label and starting their summer tour.

If any of you get a chance, be sure to look them up and say "hey" to them...or just give them a hard time and tell 'em I said to do so. If you get the chance, ask Brian to tell the story about riding 1 1/2hrs. home from a show....in the back of my truck....in the rain. Both of these guys are big time gearheads and they love racing. As I said earlier, I've Drag Raced with them for the last 10yrs. or so. I'm pretty sure it's the first time either of them has ever seen Winged Sprint Car Racing.

They are an AWESOME live band. As of right now, they're not doing a show in the area. Their website is www.flynnvilletrain.com As soon as you hit the site, their new single called "Turn Left" starts playing. It's a cool, upbeat racing song. Check 'em out.

The guys are playing this Thursday the 21st at a place called Whisky River. If you wanna see a kick-ass Southern Rock band, go check 'em out.

Whiskey River is Dale Jr's bar and with NASCAR in town that place will be covered up. That is a great pick up for the band and should provide some great exposure.
