Here is a shot of Earl in Curt Stockwell's #3 "Big Car" along with wives Ethel Kouba and Lois Stockwell. Taken in 1961 at Pike's Peak.

Notice the background of this Peak action shot taken in 1958.

This is Earl at Pueblo, CO in 1959 driving Ray Koch's stretched midget. This car was powered by a little 110 ci Offy with a blower unit almost as big as the engine itself.
