Jamaica, VA – Anticipation is running high with the track's biggest event of 2009 just two weeks away. Advance sale tickets for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series Saturday May 23rd Paul Sawyer Memorial event at Bill Sawyer's Virginia Motor Speedway are currently on sale. The Paul Sawyer Memorial will mark the second appearance of the nation's top sprint car division to the ½ mile speed plant in Jamaica, VA and the State of Virginia.
This is your chance to see Steve Kinser, Danny Lasoski, three-time defending champion Donny Schatz, Joey Saldana, Jason Meyers, Sammy Swindell, Craig Dollansky and the rest of the Outlaws. The best driver's in the country will be here, how about you?
Reserved seating will be in the Paul Sawyer Tower only and features executive style seating with armrests and seat backs. Reserved seats, regardless of age, are $35.
General admission tickets for adults are $30; senior's (60+) are $27, military $27, Students 7 – 17 are $15 and children 6 and under are free with a paying adult.

Bill Sawyer's Virginia Motor Speedway is a 1/2-mile, dirt oval. The track is located on U.S. Route 17, eight miles north of Saluda, VA and 25 miles south of Tappahannock, VA. The speedway is just a short drive from Richmond, Fredericksburg, Southern Maryland and the Hampton Roads area.
