Those super-fast, fuel injected, Super Sprints will be featured at Brill Motor Speedway this Saturday night. ( May 9th). Gates open at 4 pm. Races start at 7pm. Drivers are STRONGLY encouraged to arrive early. For more info contact Mark Brill @ 405-769-6927. I will try to post payout info before race day.

I'm excited. If it's close to OKC payout I think they will get most of thte SFS cars.

I know that they're going to draw. There's no other way to do it other than time trial since there is no point system for the Supers. BUT, it's usually dry there so everyone has a chance. It was more of the gasp you see when JD sees a tall glass of Ice Tea haha.

By the way, we need some fans to come and support Mark for this deal. I think it will be a great race since not many of the Super's have a lot of laps there.

OK, I finally want to join in on the Fantasy League deal , although it is for BMS and my pick is Cheese in the 01 sprinter, Cheese draws good , runs good and wins what ever Brill is paying, lands a major sponsor and then money is no object and gets his own hauler , 2 cars and no less than 4 motors set up in the hauler, goes ON TOUR with ASCOT and well I can say I once knew the mild mannered OU Grad when he was up and coming at SFS.

I don't need a back up pick as it is all about Cheese at BMS on Sat. night. Seriously I hope he does well Sat.

Cheese, I have bad news. I've searched high and low in both concession stands at BMS and there wasn't one burrito to be found. Not even an old bean and cheese!!! So, plan on bringing your own, and we'll nuke 'em for you!! Okay??

MAN I hope it doesn't rain at Meeker tomorrow. We dodged the bullet tonight with all the rain boiling up south and east of us. This will be a tremendous show. The fans will be there.

Haha, thanks for the vote of confidence JD.

Yeah I graduated in December, and got laid off of my job in Feb. What a great time to graduate, I can't even get a $10/hr bank teller job with a degree.

On the burrito hand (get it?) I can suffer through a cheeseburger for the night.

Thanks to Mark and crew for paying the posted payout even though we only had 7 cars. Everyone I talked to had a blast and loved the track configuration. Hopefully next time we go it won't rain all week and it will be able to dry out more. Also, thanks for waiting for Lee to fix his car for the heat race. Mark is a race car driver for race car drivers. I love the laid back feeling of the place as you aren't getting screamed at the whole time.

I'd also like to thank Strike and everyone that helped me put my rearend back under my car. After I took the checkerd in the heat my driveline stripped out taking the internal coupler and torque tube with it. Luckily I had the time and help to fix it and run the A!

Super results:

1. Strike Hill

2. Sheldon Barksdale

3. Lee Jennings

4. Brandon Jennings

5. Brent Swift

6. Bruce Jennings

7. Fred Mattox

We only had 7 cars, but I think that after this week and how well everything went more people will go next time.

Sprint cars are really fun to watch on a track like that.

I have not been out to Brills this year, those of you who haven't owe it to yourself to make the drive out there.

The racing action in the fac stock A was great and all the classes put on a great show.

Ran the supers plus all the regular classes, waited for the little intermission shower to end and still wrapped up the show by 10:45. Most of the fans didn't leave when the shower hit and stayed for the mains and all of us are glad we stuck around.

Thanks to all the super sprint teams who came for this show. The fans really enjoyed it. I don't see another super sprint date on the schedule but hopefully it will work out where you can come back again.

Thanks for the kind words, Cheese. I intended to get over there and meet you, but we were short-handed in the booth, so it didn't happen. Hope to see you guys back again.
