I didn't go last night (wife's birthday) but I am suprised to see that they actually ran the show. It was really drizzlin last night. It did get me another victory in the fantasy league so I can't really complain there. Congrats to Joe Wood Jr! And what's goin on in the Steve Smith Pro stock camp? Suprising.

He just looped it in turn 2 in the early laps - Kerry McAlister and Lee Jennings both had nowhere to go. Strike pushed back off but then exited before the race got back underway.

I wouldn't go that far man. It was unfortunate it eliminated Lee and McAlister.
But they have only run a couple races. He just ain't found the Strike Zone in the super sprint yet.
The Strike Zone - boy that oughtta stick! lol.

Maybe thats what he was looking at when he spun out. Not the first time he's done that, and not the first time he has taken Kerry with him to the pits. Cost me about a $1000 to fix that little incident. Stick to the 2 bbl please.

OKAY JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW IM NOT SAYING STRIKES A BAD DRIVER ITS JUST SOMETIMES HE GETS GOIN AND DONT KNO WHEN TO SLOW DOWN AND DRIVES AS HARD AS HE CAN... WHICH MOST DRIVERS DO THAT, BUT IVE SEEN STRIKE DRIVE PLACES NO ONE ELSE IS AND COME TO FRONT OFF THE BACK AND FINISH GOOD BUT I HAVE ALSO SEEN HIM DRIVE IT UPSIDE DOWN A FEW TIMES WHEN HE WAS IN NO-MANS LAND... YES STRIKES HAD THAT ON HIS NOSE WING BEFORE AND WHEN WE PUT THAT ON THERE THE LAST FEW YEARS HE HASNT DESTROYED THE NOSE WING... STRIKE CAN BE A GOOD DRIVER....

Strike IS a good driver. Like Kerry told him on the track after the wreck, "You are too good a driver to make mistakes like that". He just needs to learn when to go, and when to wait, its called patience. No one doubts his ability or talent, but sometimes you have to go slow in order to go fast. He needs to learn to stay in control and not wreck so much. Win or crash is not the best style in my opinion, but thats just my opinion. We have been friends with Duke and Strike since Duke was with the Lawter and Pitts team, and this last crash won't change that, I just wish more thought and control would go into Strikes effort.

I did say something like that. I said your too good of a driver to spin out this much. After a week of cooling off and thinking about it I decided to apologize next time I see him. We all make mistakes and I've made my fair share. It hurt at the time because of how bad we've been running and we thought we might have had a good car for that race and we only got to run one lap. If it were intentional that would be a different story but it was an accident. It's time to move on.
