Dude, take your hemis and blown big blocks to the salt flats and the drag strips. It's not going to happen in the sprints.

You beat this drum everytime you come around. 30 years ago you might have made it work. It's too late now.

Last time you were preaching this idea I asked you a question but didn't get a response.

Why would a team that's invested $45k and some outlaw teams that have $250k in chevy small blocks want to "just change the rules" to allow all this other stuff. Teams would lose their behinds on resale value trying to switch over. (heck a used 410 only brings about 1/3 of what it did when it was new, and that's if it's nice and fresh)

Here's a thought. Where do you live? Do you own a house? I mean a real house with siding and everything.

Well let's say I tell you that you should sell your house that's valued at $200k for $100k and build a log cabin instead. You COULD put geothermal in it which would be way cheaper (down the road 10 years) and the logs would provide a better R value which would save $$ down the road 10 years.

I think this might be a smart financial decision for you. You could lose $100k up front, then spend another 100-150k to replace what you already had.

Let the re-hashing begin!
