Rain in the Mid-West!! Are you kidding me???? The boy's should've stayed in Cali. and kept running instead of the annual rain-out that you boy's get out there. Let's look at the overall percentages here in Cali. and we will hardly see a drop of rain from April thru October, compared to the total of rain-outs the rest of the country will see just alone in the month of April! Just food for thought. 77 degrees where i'm situated at and tomorrow will be even warmer!

Trophy Cup......Best race of the year hands down!

Rub it in! Yesterday Grand Forks,ND cancelled their April 24th local show opening night cuz of not rain or snow, but cold. Forecast is high 30s at night all next week. May 1st WoO at Husets (Sioux Falls,SD) maybe a 50/50 deal. How do we put up with it? What's that old excuse, oh yeah, we don't have much crime and the people are friendly.

Adding $6 trillion of debt in his 1st term and now if
elected again he wouldn't have to worry about an
electorate in 2016 so the sky is the limit. And his EPA
would continue to put the screws to oil drilling and
mining for coal. Can you say bankruptcy.

Didn't you guys in Cali. get like six rained out weekend's in a row a few years ago to start the season off? It happens.wink

I was watching The Burg on the web which just wrapped up. Congrats to Josh Wise and the Ind. Underground team. I guess this would be the team's first USAC sprint win since they haven't been a running a car that long. Have won a few Silver Crown races in the past.

Williams Grove Speedway (PA) cancelled last Friday night not Because of rain, sleet, nor snow or cold, but because the forecast was calling for rain. Guess what the Green Blob they saw on Radar never released any rain.

Petey - That was six tracks that all got rained out on the same night. And it was February. J/K

In eleven years now I have been to more rainouts outside of CA than in CA. With the exception of El Nino years it is pretty much done raining by the first of Apirl. Sometimes sooner. However, it can be pretty darn cold at night in Feb/Mar. Not as cold as Florida was this year but at least in the 40s.

It was in the 80s yesterday and is supposed to reach 90s today

That big green blob had nothing to do with rain. I had chipotle' for dinner the night before and the winds just happened to be blowing in an easterly direction.
