I was told that Travis Johnson just completely ran away with the street stock show.... Hopefully we read about it in Mondays paper.....
Im not putting anyone down here but with just a few cars showing, I would bet Travis could win the rest of the A features in street stock. The only thing that I see could stop him would be mechanical failure. He is in a class by himself, when it comes to street stocks, especially with the smaller car counts!!!!

Never said he wasnt but if you think for one fucking minute he'll beat me everyweek all year you must be high. If i remember right Robert Elliot won every race here last year in emod. You remember that or am i mistakin?

Not trying to get in the middle of this but I think Dustin can and will beat Travis in some races this season and with Travis's car running with no problems. I dont know if you have seen Dustin race this year but he is one hell of a driver this season.

Thanks Jimmy. Not trying to be on here talking shit but most of the people on hear that run there mouth either 1. cant afford to race themselfs or 2. know they couldnt drive anyways even if they had the money. I built my whole car this winter on my dime. Not my dads money just mine so for everyone that talks shit to me remember that one and i do the very best i can with what i have so if you live in your little fairy tail life and it makes you happy talking shit then keep it up cause it just makes me strive harder everyweek to win. Thats really all i have to say.

Travis Johnson dominated in street stock with a brilliant victory run aboard his BB Machine/Big O Tires-sponsored ride.
“This was our first time back in this car and it ran real good,” said Johnson.
Dustin “Hollywood” Allen exploded off the outside pole, but his glory was short as Johnson took command of the track in turn four.
Johnson boasted a straightaway advantage in a mere lap and, with a clear track in front of him, was unstoppable on his path to the winner’s circle. Allen settled for second, trailed by James Lott, J.D. Choate and Ryan Bohnstedt

I was just joking with the boy and he wants to talk like that....
I could care less about who wins.... He should get his facts straight before running off at the mouth, I can think of several more guys that won A Features last year in the sport mod class. RossMcCartney, Greg Deterding, Milt David, Randy Miller, Mark Wilson, and I'm sure that I'm forgetting some others...
So lets just get some facts straight, 1) he is correct that I cannot afford to race a car, but i have no desire to do so, working on them satisfies my hunger. 2) I have been around race-cars probably long before he was born, even had my share of driving(wasnt that good but never claimed to be). 3) I seriously doubt that he will finish in front of Travis this year, unless there is a mechanical failure involved. I'm not saying these things to stir the shit pot, I was joking with the kid and he got anal about it! 4) He wants pat on his back for paying his own way, well welcome to racing, most of them pay their own way.
Seriously, it was nothing more than a joke and I apologise for saying something that got his panties all bunched up.... There was a time when we could joke on here and didn't have to worry about the adolescents getting all pissed off!

You are definately mistaken.... I don't get "HIGH" maybe you do.... It would take someone who wasn't in their right mind to make such a statement. My question for you would be... Have you ever beaten Travis and him not have a mechanical failure? Have you ever made the A Feature in the 10,000.00 to win show?
just thought i would ask....
maybe this is your year to accomplish alot of goals but you shouldn't get mad when anyone post facts!!!

I usually just read post on here and that is it. This is the first time I have replied to anything on here, but I felt someone needed to. Dustin, the statement about finding Jayson Ellis under Oklahoma Dept. of Corrections was out of line. Anybody that knows Jayson, knows he is a good guy. There is not one person on here, including you Dustin, that hasn't done something in their life that they regret later. Jayson has paid his debt to society for what he did. I don't know why you felt the need to bring something personal and TOTALLY UNRELATED to racing on to this forum. This is a racing forum and we should just talk about racing here.
