Thanks Hard Head, it was a close one! It's kinda tough to take pictures when your cheering for the people you picked in your fantasy league!

instead of posting a new thread, I'll just post this here.....

To The_Announcer/Carr Racing:

dude I ain't gonna "kick" you out of the fantasy league lol. It's kind of strange though. you post about having trouble posting. and then you mentioned not picking because it was friday. come on dude, you know how this goes. When you posted that you still had near an hour to post your picks.

I cannot envision ever kickin anyone out of the league, for several reasons. In the end, it was one week man. 1 week. and you could have posted them when you thought you could not. I understand forum issues. Christina (wicked witch) had issues as well - and pulled an ingenious move and posted her picks on the SFS Fantasy League Myspace Page.

The schedules are already made. And can't be changed now that the season has started. I'm not interested in kicking someone out for missin 1 week and stuff like that. My only interest is making this fun for everyone who participates. And as you saw last year, the success of the league is largely dependent on everyone's consistent participation. We had 3 teams not pick last week. Thats actually a good percentage to get 37 out of 40. But now my primary objective is to get the 3 who missed last week - to play this week - and still have the other 37 - so that EVERYONE plays. I stated it multiple times in the last 6 weeks. The most important thing is to have everyone playing every week. Personally, I don't understand anyone ever missing a week, but hey - thats just me lol. If you are concerned about net issues - then make your picks right now, and then if you want to change em go back and do it later in the week. Anyone can do whatever they want with their picks up until 7 PM FRIDAY.

So it aint no thing man, it was 1 week. Just play. Don't assume all that just caused you missed a week, just play. Besides you are up against my ol' man Rounders this week.......and he needs to be taken down a notch - he gets all cocky after he wins. Kinda like the Hot Dog Assassins/Sheepherders lol. My only interest is to have you come back and play in Week 3. Same for Cheaters! and Cyal8er. It's all I want from any teams throughout the season, just for them to make their picks throughout the season.

Thanks to everyone for a hotly contested opener to the fantasy league. I look forward to the recaps on down the line. And please don't forget to get your picks posted by 7pm friday. Good luck to all.

Man I did'nt know SFS skiped classes every week. I made my picks for the limiteds and there not running. Would of looked pretty stupid on my part if I did not notice it. I have no idea on who to pick on the Pro Stocks? If you Pro Stock drivers that are going to be there will you please post that you will be there so me and others know who we can pick from. Thanks. I will changed my picks later in the week.

hey Jimmy thats quite alright. look at it this way, no matter what - you had all your picks posted lol.

On the Pro Stocks the 3 most popular picks have been Mark Brill, Steve Smith, and James Beane. But also remember Bobcat JD Propps will be racing them this year, as well as Jeremy Allen - who hotlapped his pro stock last friday. I don't know about Chuck Poff and Jared Hicks. I do think David Rhodes will be runnin, he's pretty good. Mark Brill's brother Eric also runs Pro Stocks, I forgot who is driving the 1s now.

With it being their first race of the year it is hard to say. But those I mentioned in the above paragraph that should suffice for week 3. Remeber you can kind of take a "risk" with your first pick - just make sure your second pick is solid. Thanks for inquiring Jimmy, and for playing in the 2009 SFS Fantasy League. You got off to a proper start defeating my young nephew Drifters wink good luck to you in week 3.
