I realize I'm blind in one eye and can't see out of the other, BUT I didn't see any contact or "punting" Tony out of the way. Jason might have slid up the track a bit but did you see how slick it was?
That was cool footage, thanks BigDog!!

It really doesn't even look like it was very close to being contact. I think Bruce could have held his line. If Johnson had kept coming he probably would have wrecked both of them.

wow, I think this is obvious, the in car can tell you everything , I happen to drive, finance ,build, and maintain my own car (much of us do) so im not just a basic fan, the track is extreemly slick you can hear Bruce break traction rather easily (sometimes intentional) , Johnson gets bite off the bottom while Bruce is amped (rolling well) up top, Johnsons wheels are turned to the left (major bite) Bruce does have a run with momentum (sorry still not enuff) , my description of what I see is, Bruce seen the push off the bottom Johnson was getting ,Truth be known, YOU CANNOT SEE BRUCE ON THE RIGHT SIDE if you are Johnson , by the time Johnson knows Bruce is there its too late to be courtious, ya second sux , that my friends, was just good racing JMO

Thanks for the awesome footage. To me, the only real fault that lies with Johnson is that he missed the bottom and let Bruce get a run on him in the first place. He may have not even known the bottom was there on exit until Bruce showed him? They both crowded each other on the straights pretty good? Johnson chopping back down in front of him at the last second was a world class move however. Bruce drove a little bit better race, too bad second doesn't pay as much. Johnson was a little more aggressive and also looked like he gave himself the better race car which is 75% of it. Best car won, more aggressive driver won. Bruce almost won with the 2nd best car which is also saying a lot for him. Great race.
They don't even know how to spell sprint car

Good analogy devil. Johnson picks up a big push off the bottom an TBJ did what he had to do, move or throw a bunch of junk parts in the trailer. That was a hell of a piece of driving on his part if you ask me. The closest thing I saw to dirty driving was JJ slammin the door going in to turn one on the same lap. But anybody who has any desire to win would do the same thing. Great footage!! Bad A#ss!

Bruce was disqualified after post-race inspection anyway, so he definitely didn't get paid as much.

You can definitely hear a little bang going into the corner when Johnson chopped down though. Sounds like they touched wheels.

ya, a 36 sec clip, has played about a hour on my monitor! what a clip for us "snowflakes" up here in the north! I cant wait for this snow to melt, 28 your right , that could have went to pot in a hurry , I bet third position was grinning under the ole brain bucket, TBJr definetly had the momentum and desire ,(settup ,maybe a tic better for TBjr) the faster car doesnt always win . both good drivers and they both exactly knew , what they were doing!
