See where ASCS is out of Brainerd and UMSS is taking over those shows.
Looks like UMSS is picking up some steam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Close to 20 shows now

The bull$#!+ stops when the green flag drops.
Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
The UMSS purse probably has a lot to do with Brainerd's decision, or maybe there are some personal relationships involved. As for the racers, I'm not sure why anyone would get excited about racing for less.

Someone stick a fork in the ASCS Northern Plains Region - IT"S DONE!
Not a single stand alone NP Region race on the schedule and nothing at all in two of the region's three states.

kinda doubt that the fans who buy tickets care what the "chickens" are called when the green flag drops or what the purse is.

They'll care when the UMSS purse fails to draw 18-22 cars like Stan is so graciously predicting. The UMSS hasn't turned a wheel yet, I'm just suggesting that we need to keep things in perspective.

so what's your answer pitnote? of the 14 cars that showed at brainerd for the 7/5 show last year only a couple ran the full np series anyway. i don't mean to trash on ascs at all. just don't think the lack of ascs sanction will change much for the fans or car count. i'll go $20 there are more than 14 cars for the kouba this year.

Hey Johnny, I"ll bet there will be at least 20 cars at the Kouba Memorial that is really gonna pay well. Heard from a alittle birdie that it pays 300.00 to start the feature. Dave
