Nice run by Busby staying up front the whole race. Congrats to "The Edge" on going 2 for 3. Could be a big year for him.
What is wrong with Esh? Is the team just struggling or is equipment or what? I hate seeing him not being competitive. I love to watch the "Hammer" get it done.

Everyone loves the Hammer. It seems as if they have been struggling to find the handle for a while now. PA is also such a tough deal, he runs good enough to have to start in the back each week, but not quite good enough to come the whole way up thru. It said in AARN this week that his long time crew chief, Dennis Kohler, was let go. I really doubt that is the answer, but I guess we'll see.

Rumor mill has it that he didn't want to fly the whole way from OK for a draw race where he might have to start at the back. He should be in town next week. Sounds like he might have to think about moving back to PA...lol?

That's why I love Posse car owners, they're not afraid to import 'talent' when they can't find any locally, been that way for decades. Take It Easy.....

Huh, you talking about the same guys that got lapped regularly IF they made the A in Florida this year, like the past half dozen. Those guys are the best, lol?
Yo' Cubic, what's it been, almost two decades since Stevie was a regular PA runner? Dang, you guys desperately hang on, sheesh. At least he was competitive in Florida, but heck after racing the real best of the business for as long as he has, what else would you expect, right? Take It Easy....

Mike, just let it go. It's beyond old. There are quality drivers and races everywhere in America. No one on here even mentioned one word about Chad Layton running a low-dollar, family-backed car and driving past Daryn Pittman for the win on Sunday at Port Royal. That was a great story, and one of the best daytime shows I have ever seen. I am glad to see Pittman and Justin Hednerson running regularly here in PA, but the chest thumping on both sides is completely played out.
I don't know if you saw the quotes from Layton in Victory Lane, but he said that members of the Pete's. No. 25 team were snickering before the race about the smal trailer and lack of spare parts he had to work wth. He said that there was no other car he would run down and pass than the No. 25.
Too bad that Layton is apparently going URC racing once there season begins.

That's my point, it's NOT old, it's current and when some clown has no clue and thinks the best are still on the porch I will respond and try to educate. Heck, I'm a Layton fan too, I love agressive guys and he fits the bill as does Monteith. Take It Easy....

It was reported that Stevie stayed home because this was not a "draw" show. You will see him and a higher car count when the time trial shows start and the playing field is even for everyone (I believe he is scheduled for the Grove Opener Friday)...to bring up Tatnell's finish after having to start in the back on a day racing surface is a little much even from Cubic's myopia...
If this post isn't results, stories or something c
constructive, it isn't me!

Just the same, don't think it was lost on everyone that Layton kicked Pittman's ass (Pete's Postupackers), Pittman kicked Tatnell's ass (21 gun salute), etc...
Montieth nearly lapping Rahmer was still the most notable event of the day however.
