Matt,
The Perris Auto Speedway recommends the Comfort Inn in Moreno Valley. They have racers rates, clean rooms and food close by. It is about 10 minutes from the track. The info is listed below.

Just be sure to get at least a courtesy hold on a room, the place fills up if it's a National Guard weekend.
