What would be a good starting point for pills with a 0 pump and 14 nozzles and popoff pressure for hi speed on a 360? We have never got our engine to idle lower than 1700rpm using the low speed or secondary,I have heard this is a common problem, and some block of the secondary outlet, does this help-Thank's in advance,we can use all the help we can get!

Better late than never... right?
Usually, high idle has to do with butterfly synchronization or linkage geometry. You can check that with a Uni-Syn.
For a 360 with a 0 pump and 14 nozzles; we'd recommend starting with a .054" main jet (K-jet) and about 66 psi on the high speed with a .050" jet installed.
