The 21 car isn't at Volusia, according to what Tony V. said on the show today. They are planning to "pick and choose" what events they'll race in '09 and not be a full time team on tour.

if you go to the scw web site http://www.sprintcarworld.com.au/default.asp and click on 24-01-09 reeve kruck, it will show a video of an interview with reeve. that will give you an idea on what they have planned for the year.
