I was traveling through North Dakota and stopped in to have a bite to eat at the Schatz Petro" and to my amazement, I found they have employed, a couple of the "Outlaw officials" to the staff. Um Is this security for Donny's wins?

My guess is, they are looking for job security rather than Schatzie looking for wins. Hard economic times, ya know.

wow. congrats. you seem to have uncovered the greatest conspiracy in sprint car racing history!!!!!
err. wait a sec. has their been others? i demand a full investigation into every ruling of every lap of steve kinsers wins in all of his championship seasons. that should keep statisticians busy lol.
but anyways - the next great conspiracy will in fact probably involve their stock........lmao. i think i may just be right about that one unfortunately...

Thats funny!
Schatz won again down under with the officials in ND???
He don't need no stinking help from the Outlaw officials. They're just sticking with a winner.
4peat in '09!

People got to work somewhere. At least they aren't drawing unemployment and the rest of us paying for it. Not a topic at all.

Spending a winter in Noth Dakota makes the officials tough.
They must be ok guys, the weather keeps the Riff Raff out.

I cannot believe it took you this long to reply!! Like I've told you before - get away from the donut shop and you'd see this things quicker. You are about the most hipocritical person anyone could ever know!! What a life you must have to rip Donny and the WoO as much as you do and then you still go to many WoO races a year! Let me guess, you wear a Donny shirt and hat and have 5 or 6 #15 Schatz diecast sitting on your headboard!!!! Keep dreamin'!!
LOSER
Thought you'd like to see some Schatzie yellow!!
The make a wish foundation is supposed to be for more than just you!!

I made this post because i don't beleive that anyone that is an outlaw official should be an employee with one of the drivers or teams... The lady that is working for the Schatz is the same lady that does the pill draw, the man official is the same man that gives Donny his time and his extra time to get back out on track after the yellow, and can make the call for interference so he can get his extra qualifying lap after he does such a poor job. Such as the call that was made at Eldora that knocked the king out of the spot that he earned. This isn't anything to bash Donny I would feel the same way if it was the king that had outlaw officicals on his staff. This doesn't have anything to do with being unemployeed because the outlaw staff is paid year around. Right is right and wrong is wrong....and THIS IS JUST WRONG... ONE OPINION....YOU HAVE YOURS AND I HAVE MINE......WHAT WOULD TED JOHNSON THINK ON THIS ONE???????

I really don't see a problem with it. What if your dad is the head of the sanctioning body you run in? How about when your mom is one of the official scorer's. What if you wife does the pill draw for the series you run in? These are all currently going on.
I am not a huge Donny Schatz fan but come on people. He didn't win the championship because one night at band camp he got an extra lap.

in any other major sport this would be a big deal if it's true. let's see-the umpire at the world series is on the home teams payroll. nobody would care would they?

Sprint car racing is a small close knit group.
Where do the NST officials work at during the winter?

Reacting to fellow competitor donny schatz gettin' a third lap during qualifications. Officials claimed that the track wasn't clear for 1 of his laps.
They don't even know how to spell sprint car

Did you ask them if they were actually employees of the WoO during race season? Could they have been someone else and looked a little like who you claim they are? The only way it's wrong is if they're getting paid while not working for the Truck Stop - plain and simple - meaning when they are out on the road!! As always, more than one opinion and nothing to back it up!!!

is 15 for schatz or just your age?
loser and a "make a wish" joke? seriously?
for all the sparring i forever take part in with BRR - i dont think the dude is a hypocrit. far from it actually. very far from it. he sticks by his stuff. and if you think he is a closet schatz fan.......lmao. i dont even know what to say to that.
BRR goes to WoO races only when they come to his backyard. or he goes to watch his Posse drivers square off against em. does the ticket he buys support the outlaws? yep. and they also support every single non-WoO driver there too (and his PA drivers as well).......
hell just froze over. i am defending BRR. lol. thats a first and probably a last - he dont much need my help. but WoO or Schatz fan ------- he most definitely is not. you get back to us wingnut when BRR goes to a WoO event that doesnt have a single PA Posse driver in the field.........then there may be a tiny shred of validity to what by all rights.........you seem to be dreamin of!!!!!!

OKC - it's way over your head my friend! Why bother to reply when it has nothing to do with you? I'll tell you one thing - if I criticize something, I will not be supporting it. I realize that's his choice to do it - probably why so many on here have a problem with him.
