Championships need to be settled on the track...er'...on the field. One of the few things I agree with Prez electified Obama about...bring on the play-offs.
Local Cal-Poly SLO made the NCAA DIV.1 AA play-off. They can have a play-off at every other level of footyball...they can have play-offs at the corrupt corporate premire level. Love to have seen what the top 16 schools could do. Could Utah compete??? Was the big 12 or the SEC really that strong??? Are the East coast media against the PAC 10 schools and resentful of Pete Carrol's USC power house??? Play-offs could and would settle that better than any other scheme...'cept for the big money at the 32 bowl games... that is what I mean by corrupt....

Make the bowls the playoff games! The way it is now who really knows who the champ is, how would you like to have the Oval's winner declared by the track promoter without running the race.
