iTi Performance Motorsports finished the 2008 season on a very successful note. The 2009 year brings iTi Performance Motorsports many new and exciting opportunities. iTi Performance has set it sights on adding and improving many new performance products we build and sell.
The growth of our engine department under the control of Gary Meier, iTi Performance was able to power its way to the Friday night win at the Oval Nationals with David Cardey driving the #38 Sprinter. Gary's arrival has led to many opportunities for us in 2009. The engine group is currently preparing engines for a World of Outlaws Team, several USAC/CRA Teams, Off-road Teams, Stock Car, Nostalgia NASCAR Cup Series, Porsche GT Series and Performance UTV engines.
During the 2009 year iTi Performance will continue to develop the Viper Chassis. Currently a new 5 Bar car is under construction. We will also be building some of the Viper Pavement Chassis for our customers as well. On the component side of the business, there will be the long awaited arrival of the iTi Radius Rod Adjuster, iTi Birdcages, Custom Torsion Arms as well as an exciting new Air Filter for the Sprinter's.
Soon the all new iTi Performance Motorsports web site www.itimotorsports.com will come online with an online store for Sprint, Midget, Stock Car, UTV and ATV products. Our customers will be able to go online and purchase items directly from our inventory, as well as sending us a request for a product that they are looking for. There will also be a special section for Glenn's Garage Sale items. Their will be a Racers Update Section on how our customers are doing with their racing endeavors over the course of the year.
Based on the growth opportunities ahead of us iTi Performance Motorsports has elected not to field a car for the 2009 season. While this has been a very tough decision for Glenn, he believes that this will make iTi Performance Motorsports stronger in the years ahead.
iTi Performance will be very visible at the race track helping our customers. iTi Performance will be able give more hands on help to our customer base as we grow during the next year.
iTi Performance Motorsports would like to congratulate David Cardey and Alexander Motorsports on their exciting announcement for this coming year. We are sure that they will have great success. David is a championship caliber driver and the Alexander Motorsports team is a championship winning team and will be a force to deal with in 2009.
