My husband asked me what I wanted for Christmas and I said jokingly "season tickets to sprint car races" ha ha! It got me thinking this could be a good idea! It seems like tracks like Chico and Placerville could offer to sell season tickets for just their tracks, of couse WoO shows wouldn't be included. I think it would also be great if you could also get season tickets for both Civil War and GSC shows. It seems like every professional football team has season ticket holders and when the ticket holders can't go to the games they sell their tickets and it seems to work out pretty well! What do you think: good idea/bad idea and could it be done for sprint car races?
Looking forward to the new Golden State King of the
West series schedule!

You can buy a season pass at Skagit, and I'm pretty sure it includes WoO.

I would absolutely love to have a season pass for Placerville or Civil War - I DO know Stockton 99 is offering one this season (their first since the two-year hiatus and operator change) for comparison.

Kelly, I believe there are many more good ideas like yours that would help promote the sport. If someone had tix and was unable to attend a race they could pass them on to someone else who perhaps would become an avid fan, (you can't be ape-sh*t about something you don't know to exist). Sadly, most promoters are not that creative and are simply content to depend on the racers for revenue. Example; some tracks attempt to charge for pit spaces, pill draw fees and entry fees for drivers.

Ocean Speedway has offered season tickets for the past three years. They go on sale in Feb. and will give you a 30% savings plus no lines to get in.

does that mean you have to buy a season pass for ALL the events or can you just buy a sprint package?

Knoxville has them, get the same seat, name on the seat. Only problem if you have alot of rain outs, no money back and there should not be a refund. Your gamble.
