Just got off the phone with O.R.A. president Stanley Reed, Jr. and he informs that Lanny has decided there will be no factory stocks at SFS in 2009 as he is sitting them out a year.

Also he informs that the limited modifieds will have the same motor as IMCA/NCRA. No decision on the rear ends as of yet.

I see this as good news for BMS, as probably the closest (mileage wise) track to SFS; we're bound to "inherit" some of the OKC Factory stocks who don't want to sit out "a year".

now if he will make the right decision and have his limited mods run the same imca/ncra rules that all the other tracks run(including rearend rules) then it will be awesome for everyone!!!

Sorry but that was a bit funny.

Yea, and those five cars will have to add wight jackers, buy tube upper a frames, get 4 new hiem end shocks, and get a late model style body to run a factory stock at BMS, hell why your at Smileys get ya a Brinn and a quick change rear end, you will be ready for next years rule changes for a factory stock, or could stay close to OKC and race Pro Stocks. lol
