um we get trolled by alot of people. some work a bridgeport mill, some work servers (what this runs on)... some work carbon fibre, some work on the network side. And some work on the ownership side of things.
Being a Microsoft Exchange Administrator who has done 03 to 07 migrations is a tough row to hoe. And not easy to find.
Its like trying to hire someone who has experience with the Meyers KPC.

no problem, just puttin the feelers out.
Already threw two fish back. One was a shark looking for a new tank.
No worries.
Not only do ya gotta make into the boat (staff), you gotta make it past the cleaner and the head cook (e-staff).
This is not an easy position to obtain.

oh sorry, I missed the original question....
An Exchange admin is the person that adminsters an Email environment that runs on a Microsoft backbone application called Exchange.
When you open outlook, for example, it hits a server running exchange and delivers (and sends and stores) your email.
There are variations of mail such as what runs on unix and apple mail servers. (ick)
Exchange runs on MS servers.
You also have the entertainment value of trying to make them all work together with Blackerry Enterprise Servers (BES) and dealing with the clusterfuck it all creates in calendar items (meetings).
Now manage that......
Then migrate it successfully from Exchange03 to Exchange07 (Im not going in to the changes between the two.......take a class)

if the guy had MS Exchange certification and experience, it wouldnt matter if he was gay and drove a Kia. Ive worked with alternate lifestyle people that have a better sense of humor than most of the people I know. And the chicks love em! LOL. You'd be suprised at the parade of hotties wanting thier opinion.
