Track condition was not good. Was taking rubber and single file early. Some guys had it figured out though. So bad they dropped the tire rule. Why have one when you drop it. If they would have run with the tire rule, probably would have had many tires gone. Some were gone in the 12 lap C.

What was the tire rule that they dropped and what did they end up allowing to run?

Your are supposed to run the same tire in time trials, heat and A feature. You can run a different tire in the C or B but must go back to the original for the A. If the original tire is shot, will start no better than 11th I think, there is a penalty. They went to run anything you want.

Last year's tires/compounds are still being used, not the 3 options that will be mandetory later in the All-Stars campaign?
