Well guess I missed it again... I picked Levi Jones and he did not have the car to win. Kevin Swindell was NOT going to be denied, what a drive that was. Wonder what would have happend if Jesse did not blow up, but Swindell was catching him anyway, and Kevin was going to win it or wear it with a slide for life when he got to him. Great main event, those who picked Jerry Coons were sure close. Jerry could have parked him on the last lap, but he don't race like that, and Kevin was not going to let off; it would have wrecked them both.
So Cal guys, well, better luck next year. They just don't look comfortable at Manzy. The 18 had a good car, but tough luck. Cody looked smooth, the speed will come. The 50 raced hard and clean, good run for him. Super Ricky looked good on Friday.
