also confused. whats up with the format he keeps talking about. I thought fast time out of the "B" would start you 9th in the "A" out here. Whats the point of quick time if you're going to end up at the tail???

Just pretend it’s 1950, the birth of sprint car race broadcasting. You’re hunkered down over a cheap wooden radio, the sound crackles, you can’t hear shit. Sometimes maybe you can make out some faint motor noises, when the voice of an announcer does come over the airwaves it’s like “ NOW VUKI TRYS HERK ON THE-ssscrapacrackle OUTSIDE-ssssssscrapcrapcrackle-OH MY-crapitycrapity-GOD YOU WON’T BELIEVE-crapcracklecrackle...” There are periods of silence so long you’re mind plays tricks on you like wondering what race is it, what track, what year, what planet. Friends and family walk by and see you frothing at the mouth like a crazed animal. They stay away from you. Tomorrow you’ll search the newspaper to get a clue what happened. Ain’t technology grand? Anyone hear how Jonathon did in the 360 events? I didn’t think so.
Everything you know is wrong.

I watched the 'B' main, but after that my stream went to crap. It took Klepper about a half hour to rundown the whole lineup for the main event due to the stream consistently freezing up. At that point, I was so frustrated that I shut it down for the night. Maybe tonight I will try watching the stream on a PC instead of my MacBook, that might be the issue. Did anyone else have any similar issues? I still do not know who won last night, but I am waiting patiently for the results.

Had trouble all night. Tried my laptop and desktop in both Internet Explorer & Firefox. My laptop froze up everytime I tried to link up via Firefox. Resolution was poor and couldn't get full screen to work. BUT it was still better than waiting to the wee hours for someone to post limited results.

Well, there is nothing going on at the track yet, but my stream appears to be working fine today.

Cardey presented in both the heat & one of the mains then left the track. Missed any info on Clayton.
edit: Clayton flipped in the "C"

Was this tonight? Does Klepper know what the hell he is talking about half the time? Crap, I could be in the stands and give better information then him, and he's in the press box.

Maybe you could enter your MacBook in the baby stroller 500 next year @ Chico. This just in - Kevin Swindell wins at Manzy. I am sure Lance will have full results up when they become available.

My MacBook would be the class of the field then. Especially if your archaic PC is entered.
Wow, Swindell is on a roll in that Rolfe sprinter. Well, I cannot say that I'm surprised with the results of these past two weeks, both Swindell and Hockett were hot at Calistoga on Labor Day weekend.

I agree! That was very good racing from Manzanita. The quality of the "FREE" broadcast on my end was very good both nights. It would hang up sometimes inbetween races and I would just hit F5 on the ol keyboard and away she went. Very good action on Saturday especially...WOW! That battle between Hockett, Swindell and Coons was fantastic... I think Swindell thought he was in the Baja the way he leaped over the turn 3 berm and slid Coons! I have never been so enthralled with an online feed before, if they can do this more next year it will be a big hit. They should sell some commercial slots and make ALL THE NATIONAL EVENTS live and still "FREE" to the viewer via online feed. Very impressive race and broadcast overall, good job USAC.
Cheers!

LoL, Great Post... First an Formost: "Thank You USAC" !! OUTSTANDING !!!... without trying to be Sarcastic, it sound's like most ppl having problem with the feed most likely needed to Upgrade the drivers for the Hardware their running, or ever Better, Upgrade your Processor, Sound, & Video Cards, about 15-20 minutes to install. The Feed was running through Adobe Flash Player, go the the Site an read about the program for future Feeds. i was running Version 9.0 an it ran Flawless all weekend, a occasional reboot on the Video end just for piece of mind, Cristal Clear with very Little Clipping on a 24" Samsung TV Monitor... AWESOME Show Guy's, once again, Thank You for bringing it to us LIVE.
