What was the deal with Steve Kinser using Jason Sides as a test driver? Is there any more to this story?

I think it was more a friend helping out a friend. Steve once said in a interview, that no one with the WoO does more with less than Jason Sides.

I believe Steve and Jason are good friends. I think Steve`s daughter Stevie does Jason`s press releases.

More likely he was testing equipment or setup. as opposed to being a test driver........

Speed Channel said he was testing for Kinser and that the only parts on the car that were Sides' were the wings.

BTW, I thought Jason ran very well Saturday at Charlotte.

i think Sides in the 11 (after the King) would be a damn good combo. but again we can all name tons of drivers for a "replacement" in any ride
