Great racing! With top drivers, and not much B. S. between heats and races!!! Great to see some of the best from OK, and Texas match it up at Lawton! Hope to see some of you OK drivers down at the bowl for there race1
Notice the top skilled drivers don't have one compant about Lanny and his great race track operations????

Wow!! Kelly King(57K) put on a show in his modified to finished 3rd behind 1S and 88. Just goes to show even if you don't run every week you never lose that talent and ability to power that machine!! Hope to see the 57K on a more regular basis at LS in the future.

It, sucked big time! Where were all the Falls and North Texas guys at????????????????? They have another track around the Falls area I don't know about?????
Next week its back to the Devils Bowl with more cars in the pits, then Lawton has people in the stands!!!

It is unusal that you suddenly have this love affair with Lanny and LS.
You considered Lawton a " LOSER" Track a few months ago. You alledged that losing drivers from other tracks went to LS to race because they couldn't win anywhere else! YEAH.....you keep up the good work there.....I will tell LS Drivers they Race Losers every weekend.

I see losers from that raced at other tracks are racing at lawton now! I seen that ardmore car at the bowl almost every weekend a couple years ago!

Here is your little Blog Buddy OKCFan12....... exclaiming LS is on the decline and is basiclly going out of business. But yet you both have RUSHED to Defend Lanny when I attempt to make a factual point about a important issue.
read this......from your buddy......
Now I ask......what caused the sudden shift in core belief in other tracks and the poor support for LS?

yeah I think as far as weekly divisions go - this last weekend - was definitely a sound off. lol
last time I went to BMS - in 2006 - their show was about like last weekend in Lawton - as far as weekly divisions go anyhow. now Lawton sucks badly. and BMS is doin great. Good for Mark Brill. good for everyone. I look forwards to goin there and seeing a good show.
I really wander about Lawton. you see that type of show a lot when a track first starts out - much like BMS in its beginnings, or places like Caney, KS. when a track first starts off it takes a while to get more cars. But what happens when a track at one time HAD a respectable show ------ but now does not? What will become of Lawton?
With it being a constant decline for the last few years - and even worse - most knowing why. how long will fans continue to go to see a bad show? I think it's do or die time for Lanny.

Lawton some how changed for one race! Last few times I was there, it was the same 10 or so Lawton locals running into each other and fighting about it! Wish I knew all those heavy hitters were going to be there! Looks like I missed a great mod show!

Try to understand this!! Last time at was at Lawton it sucked! This time with the great line up of cars there and some very good drivers, along with the track and races being run in a timely and effective manner, it was a class operation!

Sure looks to me like he lost his talent !!!! after following him for five laps making sure i take the time to pass him clean he returns the favor by running through my drivers door and takin me out ..GREAT JOB THOUGH MAN ... glad i was able to be used as that guys turnbuckle
winners dont cry when they lose , they go back to the
drawing board and come back for round 2 !

Hope to see them Texas guys at SFS! Should be a great show! At least we know the track and all the support will be first class just like Lawton and the Bowl were this past weekend!
