Anyone have anything?

Also, anyone have any details on what happened with Jerrod Hull? Heard something earlier but don't want to spread any unfounded rumors.

1. Joey Montgomery won from the pole. He drove his butt off, running up in the cushion against the wall.

2. Tommy Worley Jr. from 10th.

3. Jesse Hockett from around 12th. Put on quite a show.

4. Danny Smith challenged Joey from outside first row early but dropped back at the end.

5. Tim Montgomery came out of the B and steadily moved up from 17th.

6. Steve Short

7. Jason Keith

The track was bad fast and smooth as glass. Really tacky in the heat races. 31 cars. Droud Jr and Zimmerman (7K) were there. Race chick should post complete results before too long.

Jerrod Hull had a fuel fire in his cockpit while leading his heat race. He bailed out and the car ran over one of his legs. According to a member of his crew, he had burns to one leg and the other leg was injured, but no broken bones, from the car hitting him. He was to be released from the hospital late last night. Hope he has a quick recovery and happy to see that is was not worse. It was a scary incident.

A great race for sure. I was late getting there and was surprized to see that many people. My first visit was great and I would recommend it to anyone. This was way more entertaining than the Friday 360 show, glad I made the trip.

Hey checkered48 again glad you enjoyed the show. Joey Montgomery wore out the top side for sure. I am betting when you walked through the gate and saw the track that you had no idea they'd be running against the wall. Worley 10th to 2nd, Hockett 12th to 3rd and Tim Montgomery 17th to 5th. Those guys were certainly coming. Been good racing all year, never rubber down around the bottom.

You are correct DIRT! I was amazed in the feature how they could run that close to the wall and no one got bit by it! You guys have a great track to go to. It was as good a race as I've seen in a long time. It was nice to see a track not pay a sanction fee and put on a quality show like that. I can now see why you don't run any midwest races, you don't need them. I would like to see a race similar to this one kick off the racing year there. Maybe have it in mid to late April before everybody starts their weekly racing.
