O'Reilly USCS North Florida Winternationals weather predictions for Friday and Saturday creates green flag for weekend!
Lake City, Florida - The weather predictions for Friday night's O'Reilly USCS North Florida Winternationals at North Florida Speedway in Lake City, Florida have improved vastly from the stormy weather that the area experienced over Thursday night. According to the Weather Channel webite located at http://www.weather.com/ the next two days and nights for Lake City, Florida shows only a 10% chance of precipitation through Saturday night at 8pm then goes to 20%. The national weather service http://www.noaa.gov/ shows no chance of rain for Friday and only a 20% daytime and 30% evening forecast for Saturday evening. Friday night's season opener features a full racing program for the O'Reilly United Sprint Car Series winged sprint cars, plus the UMP sanctioned North vs. South Open Wheel Shootout for the UMP Modiifeds drivers vs. the cars and stars of Florida Modifieds and door to door stock car racing for the North Florida Speedway Hobby and Pure Stock divisions.
