I'm a little confused. Let me see if I have this straight.....
* If you grow up in Hawaii, raised by your grandparents, you're "exotic & different." * If you grow up in Alaska eating moose burgers, you have a quintessential American story.
* If your name is Barack you're a radical, unpatriotic Muslim. * However, if you name your kids Willow, Trig and Track, you're a maverick.
* You graduate from Harvard law School and you are unstable. * You attend 5 different small colleges before graduating, you're well-grounded.
* If you spend 3 years as a brilliant community organizer, become the first black President of the Harvard Law Review, create a voter registration drive that registers 150,000 new voters, spend 12 years as aConstitutional Law professor, spend 8 years as a State Senator representing a district with over 750,000 people, become chairman of the state Senate's Health and Human Services committee, spend 2 years in theUnited States Senate representing a state of 13 million people while sponsoring 131 bills and serving on the Foreign Affairs, Environment and Public Works and Veteran's Affairs committees, you don't have any real leadership experience. * If your total resume is: local weather girl, 4 years on the city council and 6 years as the mayor of a town with less than 7,000 people, 20 months as the governor of a state with only 650,000 people, then you're qualified to become the country's second highest ranking executive.
* If you have been married to the same woman for 19 years while raising 2 daughters, all within Protestant churches, you're not a real Christian.
* If you cheated on your first wife with a rich heiress, and left your broken and disfigured wife and married the heiress the next month, you're a Christian.
* If you teach responsible, age appropriate sex education, including the proper use of birth control, you are eroding the fiber of society.
* If, while governor, you staunchly advocate abstinence only, with no other option in sex education in your state's school system while your unwed teen daughter ends up pregnant, you're very responsible.
*If you say you will you cooperate with an investigation and then refuse to answer to a Republican Majority committee, you are a beacon of integrity *If you say you put the superjet on ebay, but you didn't say you sold it,but then sold it through a broker for a $600,000 loss, you are a model for our economy. *If you say you turned down the funds for the bridge to nowhere, but then accepted them for the road to nowhere, you are a paragon for a new paradigm. *If you say the fundamentals of our economy are strong 22 times in the last year and then suddenly change your mind in 4 days to state that the economy is in crisis, you are the at height of flexibility in knowing how to deregulate or to regulate. Still would like to post a few of those pics I have of the 'family' if anyone wants the email, Take It Easy......

He was smart enough to try and hide it. Clinton is also a nice segway into discussing abuse of powers. How's that workin' out for Palin? Imagine, if an average citizen decided to ignore a subpoena they would be risking jail time as well as a fine. Membership has it's privileges......

I'm not a liberal. I am an independant that shares some views with both sides and I have some views that aren't shared by either of the big two political parties. Infact, I will be writing in my vote for a man that was on the republican party campaign trail earlier this year.
One of the basic pillars of being a conservative is the belief and practice of moral values in personal and family life. We have seen several examples of a lack of those morals when it comes to this individual and the child that she is still responsible for. If she was a "good christian" as she claims, she wouldn't be refusing to to testify before any legal standing court or commision in this nation, no matter who is behind the investigation. If she has nothing to hide and obeyed the laws that she was sworn to protect, she will be in no danger from any of the findings. Infact, her testimony would be made readily available for the entire nation to see and the people would be able to judge for themselves. By refusing to testify, after she previously said that she would, she gives the impression of someone with something to hide. I cannot trust someone that's so willing to keep secrets in a circumstance that must be answered for.

So if you don't support her your a lib huh? You really took some pretty big swigs off that cool-aid there ditto head.
I think some americans are a little scared because she'd be a heart beat away from being your president. Oh wait... that be kinda cool hunting dear from helicopters and all. Have you checked your 401k lately? Don't worry though 'cause her buddy she met once, McCain is gonna get a 9/11 commission on that right there.
I'm sure the same geniuses that voted Bush in for a second term can hardly wait to get into the voting booth to turn this one loose on America. Myself... I'm kinda hoping I can strike oil in my backyard and move to them Hills of Beverly!

Here is the original...

Mr. Mac - The difference is that the Republican party likes to preach the way to live life from the moral highground with the full support of the Christian Coalition and the Moral Majority. Then several of their top senators, congresmen and money raisers get arrested for sex with members of the same sex with several of them also being involved in drugs. It is a HUGE double standard. They need to learn to practice what they preach.

Can't win on the issues? How many posts do we read on here about Rev. Wright, Michelle Obama, Barack is a Muslim, William Ayers, etc. The thing is, with the economy in the toilet, no one cares about any of that stuff. Hillary used all of those same attacks and see where it got her.
