Well, it's kinda hard to comment on the issues when Obama hasn't really given us anything of substance about the issues, except for his "change" mantra. HE is the one who is making this election about personalities and trying to get elected with his rock start persona.

And as for Mr. Katich"s comment, NO there shouldn't be a law!!! There shouldn't be a law against flag burning, either. The whole concept this country was built on is FREEDOM!! And dictating to me what I can and cannot do whether it relates to respecting the symbols of this country, or choices and actions I take in my personal life, the government has NO right to make those decisions for me. We have been losing personal freedoms for a LONG time, but it seems to have been accelerated lately. And from BOTH sides of the aisle. Wiretaps are no different that seatbelt laws and roadside DUI checks are no different than flag burning amendments. Abortion, gay marriage, helmet laws. It is NOT for the governement to decide. They don't get to impose their religious views on me nor know what is better for me than I do myself!!!

We are becoming a nanny state. they try to control all aspects of our lives as well as manage our money for us...Here is a clue to both sides.. You guys can't even manage yourselves so don't tell me that you can do a better job with my life than I can...... So, not only are the candidates talking out of both sides of their mouth, but the media is, too!!! Wake up people!! As 3rdturn said, we are in a nanny state and headed for true socialism. This is coming from both the Reps and the Dems..... They are all the same!! Think outside what the mainstream media is feeding you to maintain the status quo. In informal polling that I've done over various election cycles on people I know, the majority generally are not in favor of either candidate, but vote based on one or two issues or for the lesser of two evils. This is no way to vote for the President of the United States of America!!! And, as long as 95% of the votes combined are cast for the Reps and Dems, NOTHING will ever change!!

Obama's campaign is unraveling because there is not that much to the yarn.

With the pig-lipstick paint-on, all the more Obama is proving himself to be without experience—the hollow of the hollow.

No wonder he in legislative bodies called out "Present" instead of putting his convictions in "Yes" or "No." It's because he's always played safe in his political opportunism.

He's ridden high with the don't read/don't heed crowd because of his manufactured charm. Same with Ms. Michelle.

He's hidden Muslim ties as best he could and supporting sodomy and abortion which many believe to be christian staple beliefs.

He's embraced Nation of Islam devotees in his political district while disavowing Islam. However, in a recent slip in an ABC interview, he stated "my Muslim faith." Fair enough.

What more do we need? Not much more. However, there is plenty "much more."

But with that, let it be faced straight on that the pig with lipstick paste is the limit. It's no joke. It's no simple matter. It's no "just overlook it" and get on with the campaign.

Obama with some managed with smoke and mirrors. However, with the John McCain and Sarah Palin ascendancy, Obama is now uncovered as he has always been—a blatant fake.

He's a fake "American." He's a fake "patriot."

He learned well from mentor Jeremiah Wright who appeared pastor while a political cultic fanatic. Obama from Wright learned his tactics and longevity. Obama, taught at Wright's knee how to double-speak for the enemy, has taken full advantage of democracy's freedom of speech.

But Obama now has spoken wrongfully, crudely and obviously. Pig-lipstick teeth will bite him in the political posterior where he can find no place to rest his campaign.

Fine. Just fine. And not too soon.

McCain spokesman Brian Rogers said: "Barack Obama can't campaign with schoolyard insults and then try to claim outrage at the tone of the campaign.

"His talk of new politics is as empty as his campaign trail promises, and his record of bucking his party and reaching across the aisle simply doesn't exist."
