sorry to get it on here so late. been a crazy crazy day. I'll dress it up and add different stuff later..........

congrats to Dogwater's D. you earned it and are a rightful champ. you were the most consistently dominant (or devastating lol) team throughout the season. geez - not 1 rainout. can ya'll believe that? the one night we had to cancel the league - we got to make up. which means. each team played their own division 2 times hands down. and played each team from the opposing division 1 time - again hands down. ya'll we could do this league for another 20 years - and that will likely never happen again. almost too perfect. but as commissioner it just makes me happier than a pig in poo.

wont congrat myself for 2nd lol. but congrats to our bronze podium finisher cushion pushers. the 2 matchup this weekend was intriguing statistically. both were huge underdogs just 6 weeks ago to even make top half of their own divisions. which leads me to our 2nd bronze fella - 4th place finisher and my ol' man - roundy rounder. there will never be someone so utterly mis-informed finish so high lol. hell he was like 1-8 to start. but then finished by winning like 9 of 11. this is what happens when you stick with Alan Oliva every single week LOL. funny enough - when i would call him to get his picks - he would always want burns in the champs and owens in the supers. see what i mean? i had to remind this dude every week - that they dont race in those classes. it was one thing when he was saying it in april - but it was altogather different in July and August. but nonetheless I gotta congratulate dear old dad for running the table from as far down as he was to be in the 3rd place matchup. it is remarkable. good job pop.

the rest of the tidbits for ya'll will be comin - after doin the open league deal after the day i had - tired. thanks to each of you for playing every single week this year.......i cant emphasize that enough. i hope i was a good commissioner..............but right now ------- everyone should give a big thank you to co-founders Dogwater - and Bobcat JD Propps. both were more than instrumental in the formation of the league and determining different things. its cool when i get thanked or recognized for my efforts ------ but now is time to redirect those thanks to Dog and Bob lol. for putting up with being subjected to my astoundingly long e-mails when trying to put all this together - especially bobcat. most this stuff with the league this year was trial by error. there must have been 30 ideas we all floated out that in the end were stuffed in the shelf ------ but what the end result ended up being -------- nothing short of awesome. both fellas deserve more thanks for that than anyone knows. So Dogwater and Bobcat JD ------- thank you - you rock! this applies to both leagues.

That's the way my day was Friday........got to the track and then I realized I'd forgotten to make my picks. Didn't make my Wife and Brother happy either, since I forgot to post their picks in the open league. Oh well, there's always next year!!!!!!!
