Straight From IBRACN-
I received a couple of reports on what Craig Dollansky will be doing in
2009. Craig Dollansky will be driving the Kasey Kahne Racing,
Remington #7 on the WoO tour in 2009. I understand that this is common
knowledge among the WoO teams but KKR is trying to keep it quiet for awhile
longer. Word is that KKR made him an offer he couldn't refuse and will
be bringing Mike Woodring with him. This will leave the Larry Woodward
team without a driver and there is no word on what Mr. Woodward will be
doing for 2009. This "RUMOR" will take some time to become fact but be
patient, I am pretty confident in this source so stay tuned!

Believe or not the answer is in this press release
Trust the KIWIs to give a secret up
Inside Team Salter Motorsport Author : Evan Griffen
Sprintcarworld went behind the scenes of Team Salter Motorsport as the beginning of the 2008/09 season draws nearer. Owners Ron & Natalie Salter, along with the rest of the crew, have done an extraordinary job to get this team to a standard where top World of Outlaw drivers enjoy racing and feel safe in these Sprintcars.
Team Salter will be running up to 4 cars from November leading into the International Sprintcar Series at Wellington, Palmerston North and Western Springs. Ron will once again be driving the #63a Maxim alongside the newest member of the team 2006/07 NZ Three Quarter Midget Champion 18 year old Ryan O’Conner. Ryan ran a Sprintcar on New Years Day 2008 for Team Salter and enjoyed every lap. Ryan told SCW “Im really excited and looking forward to running with such a professional team. It’s been a dream to race Sprintcars and now I have the chance to do so”
Also driving for Team Salter will be two World of Outlaw stars Craig Dollansky and Joey Saldana. They will be contesting the International Sprintcar Series starting 13th December in Wellington before moving onto Palmerston North and then Western Springs with the final on 3rd January 2009. Both drivers are currently sitting inside the top four in this years World of Outlaw season. Craig and Joey’s cars will have the same look as their Outlaw cars they are running this season. Craig will be sponsored by Snap On while Joey will have Budweiser along with Salter Cartage.
Not only do Craig and Joey race for the same team here in New Zealand but they will soon be racing together in the 2009 World of Outlaw series for Nascar star Kasey Kahne.
The set up at Team Salter headquarters has a similar look to a workshop for a top Outlaw team. In one shed they have all four cars lined up, all parts and spares in compartments for easy access and a stainless steel workbench where a checklist is located for each car. In the second shed, there are parts such as diffs, front ends, old Maxim frames and used tyres all for sale.
Craig Dollansky’s car will be the first one ready as it is going to be on show for Springs Speedway during the up and coming Speedshow in Greenlane September 19 & 20th .
SCW would like to personally thank Ron Salter for giving us the opportunity to have a look at their setup and also taking photos.

Suprisingly, KKR did not hire Mark Kinser, Lance Blevins, Van Gurley or Art Wendt. I heard they were all available...

I wish Earl still did Eldora's track prep.

So who is driving the KKR#9 next year? Will it be Joey or someone else. Rumor has it, that Joey is going to be in the TSR #20 in 2009.

Did you see this in the Aussie article???
"Not only do Craig and Joey race for the same team here in New Zealand but they will soon be racing together in the 2009 World of Outlaw series for Nascar star Kasey Kahne."
So if you're questioning the information, here's the source. But if you're questioning the car numbers, well.....
