Im looking for a ride in a car, which im sure there are alot of us looking,But basically ill drive anything someone will let me,Sprint car,midget,mini sprint,modified...ANYTHING! My name is Robert Ellis and I have experience in midgets(rookie of the year & 6th in points) and sprint cars and I just wanna race.If you or anyone you know is intrested please contact me.

No, I ran his 360 a few times over at manzy but then the motor needed to be re built and that was over lol.Its just hard for him cuz he doesnt have a bunch of money so he cant really just pay for everything for me to race, but that sure would be awesome.

Wheres Mr.Zeigler? let me have a chance at your car, not to be mean or anything but I believe I can finish better and be much easier on your equipment than the current driver.

Sorry Robert; My current driver has my car for life as far as I'm concerned. He pays for everything he brakes or bends. He also pays for all other expenses, such as fuel, tires, entry fees, etc. I don't know many drivers that do that! I will pay for updates to the car and refurbishing at seasons end, but he is getting sponcers in place for next year allready. My conclusion to this is that Matt Shrdarowich will be in the 8z car until the time comes that someone else offers him a better deal in a better ride.
As far as enyone doing a better job with better finishes than Matt, he is only 15 years old with minimum experiance in a sprint car. He will do better as he gets more seat time! I.m looking forward to watching him mature. It's a new experiance every week for him, and he is a smart young man, and he learns from every mistake he makes. I'm sure there will be plenty more mistakes to come, but I can assure you he will learn from them and get better with age. Like a fine wine, Matthew is a little rough around the edges, but with a little ageing he will be very smooth. I'm betting on that!

Well I agree that you have a good deal going I would definately not be able to pay for all that.
I wish you guys luck and I hope you nor they took any offense to what I said, I was in no way trying to put him down, like you said he is very young with very little experience and I do agree that im sure he will continue to improve, all I was saying is if you were the one funding it I would love to have a chance to drive it.

Thanks Robert, I appriciate your interest in the ride, but even if they didn't pay what they do, Matt and his dad Darryl would still be campaigning my car. I just like the guys. I approached them, and then they offered to pay what they do. I wanted them in my car for a lot of reasons. But if they get a better offer, I'll keep you in mind and give you a call.

my uncle who has ran with VRA for some time now is wanting to sell both his cars. either an ellis with motor and some spares or a top notch stealth with motor and many many spares.

Maybe someone /buisness could sponsor you for a few races,you've been around racing all your life so if someone wanted sponsor you they come enjoy/help and learn and their major commitment would just be a few bucks.Anyone interested? What maybe $1200-$1500 a night to do Victorville?just an idea .....

Thanks alot Dan, ive never really had the opportunity to be able to race every weekend, I feel if I ever had that chance I could become quite a good driver. How it is now I took a year off and just race every few months and I dont do to badly, but im just grateful that ive had a chance to race sprint cars thats much more than most have had the opportunity to do.
